Fresh off their 2-1 win over El Salvador, the U.S. Men's National Team find themselves tied with Honduras atop the CONCACAF Hexagonal group with three matches remaining.
Up first is their bout with Trinidad & Tobago on Wednesday, a match that could see them alone in first in the group.
