The Tinkerman was not in a good mood after hearing some of the comments made by the Special One.

Roma managed to do enough to hold the league leaders and reigning champions Inter to a 1-1 draw at the San Siro earlier tonight. The Giallorossi opened the scoring on 13 minutes through Mirko Vucinic, before the hosts pulled one back only minutes into the second half thanks to Samuel Eto’o.
Despite their failure to hold on, the Roman boss, Claudio Ranieri, stressed his satisfaction at achieving the result in a post-match interview.
“Of course I am satisfied with this result, and I am pleased that the unity of the group was proven tonight,” Ranieri explained to Sky.
“When at their best, Inter are a very tough team to play against, but the Italian league is very tight this season.”
The former Juventus boss went on to discuss comments made a little earlier by his opposite number Jose Mourinho, who suggested that the Lupi did not play to win on the night, and that the referees were against his side.
He continued, “Mourinho? He's always complaining. There were a number of fouls tonight, but we didn’t complain, we just continued to play.
“It surprises me that he has complained about the referee, it’s just something he always has to do. Does he know that his side were awarded double the amount of fouls than us?
“Mourinho said that we did not do anything to win? There is a good example to prove he is wrong, and it came when Vucinic almost scored with the first counter attack of the game.”
Ranieri didn’t stop there, as he had a final comment to make for the French midfielder Patrick Vieira, whose elbow to the face on Daniele De Rossi, caused the Roma captain to be substituted after just 34 minutes.
“Thank you Vieira, because now De Rossi needs an operation. He always jumps high with his elbows, he did it in England as well,” the coach added.
