Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rhulani Mokwena sounded like a man feeling the pressure after his side's Caf Champions League exit, saying his future is in the hands of the club's management.&nbsp;Masandawana were knocked out of the elite continental competition by<a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/lists/caf-champions-league-rhulani-mokwena-s-dream-shattered-as-wasteful-mamelodi-sundowns-bow-out-after-another-esperance-defeat/blt7928853845ac6f75" target="_blank"> Esperance de Tunis after a 1-0 loss on Friday evening at Loftus Versfeld Stadium</a>. The tie ended 2-0 on aggregate.&nbsp;Mokwena insisted that his stay with the PSL reigning champions could only be decided by results, admitting that if results are not forthcoming, his future at the club is at risk.

“I don’t run the football club, do I? I am here because of the results and if they are not coming, I won’t be here,” Mokwena told SABC Sport.&nbsp;"I want to be here, I love this club, I love the supporters of this club, I love this incredible group of players, I want to be here. But as you are saying, it’s a results-oriented business."

WHAT WAS SAID

This is the second time the South African champions were knocked out of the tournament in the semi-finals under the 37-year-old tactician, having been dumped out<a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/news/mamelodi-sundowns-bow-out-of-caf-champions-league-after-wydad-casablanca-draw/bltaa56124b03852a6a" target="_blank"> by Wydad Casablanca last season.</a>&nbsp;As history repeated itself for Sundowns, it would be a tough lesson for the former Orlando Pirates coach going forward.&nbsp;

It remains to be seen whether Sundowns' management will be patient enough with Mokwena as he tries to deliver the Caf Champions League trophy.&nbsp;The former assistant to Mosimane and his troops will now shift their focus to the PSL and the Nedbank Cup matches coming up, as the coach hopes to lift the two trophies.&nbsp;
