Genoa president Enrico Preziosi is confident that his squad has what it takes to claim a Champions League spot this season, following their 1-0 win against Napoli on Sunday.
The victory showed that the Rossoblu have the character and quality to continue competing with Fiorentina and Roma for fourth place until the end of the season.
"At this point we believe," admitted the Grifoni's patron to Primocanale. "We don't have anything less than other clubs.
"The response that we have given on the pitch against Napoli makes everyone remain serene.
"Personally I'm very happy. The win at the San Paolo was a great satisfaction, also because we were coming from a difficult game and week under all points of view."
Genoa are in fifth place with 44 points from 25 games played, just one point behind Fiorentina, and will face Siena away from home on Sunday in matchday 26.
