There were 28 goals scored in Serie A in week. The league standings see Inter leading Juventus and Milan, who are second and third respectively. The league has ended that way on 12 previous occasions, and the Nerazzurri faithful will be hoping to see it happen again this term. Their success is, perhaps, all down to Mourinho. Read on to find out why...
Catania 0-0 Napoli
Napoli have never won here previously, and that record remains intact. In their last nine visits to the Stadio Massimino, the Partenoperi have drawn four and lost five. It was Napoli's first point in Sicily, after losing on their previous three visits to the Italian island, having lost twice against Palermo and once against the Elefanti last term.
The result sees the Siciliani stay rooted in the relegation zone. It was the first time Napoli have failed to scored since Walter Mazzarri took over from Roberto Donadoni.
Atalanta 2-5 Juventus
Juventus continued to fly, following their demolition of Atalanta. Mauro Camoranesi scored a brace, and chalked up his 30th goal for Juve in Serie A. It was his second ever double for the club.
But, it was David Trezeguet who stole the show, statistically speaking. His late strike saw him equal the legendary Omar Sivori's 167 goal haul and it takes him to 122 in Serie A.
'Trezegol', who is the second longest serving player in Turin after Alessandro Del Piero, is now the club's fourth all time top scorer. He scored his first ever goal back in 2000 in the Champions League against Panathinaikos.
Jaime Valdes scored his third of the season for the Orobici. Juve's Felipe Melo grabbed his fourth in Serie A, two of which came against Atalanta last term. Diego's strike takes him up to three for the season. The Nerazzurri have now not beaten Juve in nine years.
Bari 1-0 Livorno
Riccardo Allegreti scored a great free-kick to win the game. It was the midfielder's third goal of the campaign. His last came against Palermo back in week three when the game in Sicily ended 1-1. Livorno continue to struggle in the league. They have never beaten Bari in Serie A. It was the Amaranto's seventh loss this term. They have only won once away from home so far.
Bologna 3-1 Palermo
Marcelo Zalayeta grabbed his 28th goal in the league. His last strike was back in April against Inter for Napoli at the San Paolo. The double means it was his 4th Serie A brace since arriving in Italy back in 1997. His last double was for Napoli two years ago against Cagliari.
Palermo's Simon Kjaer scored his fourth Serie A goal for the club. It was his third goal against Bologna, after scoring against them last term too. Marco Di Vaio scored his 104th goal in the top flight - his second for the campaign. Palermo have lost 13 times here, their last win was in 1954.
Cagliari 2-0 Sampdoria
It was goal number 19 for Daniele Conti in Serie A since making his debut for Roma way back in 1999. His last goal for the Sardinians was, incidentally, against Sampdoria last term.
Alessandro Matri secured the win and scored his third consecutive goal and his fourth in league this term. Cagliari played their 1000th game in Serie A and it was their 300th win. 'Doria have stepped off the gas slightly. Luigi Delneri's men have not won in three games.
Genoa 4-2 Siena
Genoa have best attack in the league having scored a whopping 22 goals in 12 games. However, they also have the worst defence, having conceded just as many. Hernan Crespo is now on 142 goals in Serie A, following his double strike. It was also his fourth of season.
Rafaele Palladino has plenty to celebrate after being called up to the Italy squad. He scored his ninth goal in total in Serie A and his second this term.
Michele Paolucci scored his 14th goal in the league - his first for Siena. Massimo Maccarone is now on 38 career goals in the league and notched up number four this season. Sergio Floccari's hit number 29. It was the striker's fourth this term.
Lazio 1-2 Milan
Milan are unbeaten against the Aquile in almost 12 years. The last time they lost to the Roman side was in 1998 by a 2-1 scoreline. The Rossoneri have won their last three games here. Thiago Silva scored his first goal for the Rossoneri, and his first own goal too.
Alexandre Pato scored his 29th for Milan in the league, and he is now on five for the season. He has scored in every game he has played against Lazio.
Davide Ballardini's men have not won in 10 games. You have to go back to the 1989/90 season to see a worse record, when they didn't win in 14 attempts. As a result, they are locked in ritiro.
Parma 2-0 Chievo Verona
Cristian Zaccardo scored his second of term to make it 12 in Serie A since starting his top-flight career with Bologna back in 2001 – not bad for a defender. Davide Lanzafame scored his first goal for Parma. The former Juventus youth product scored last for Bari during their promotion push for Serie A. Parma, like Inter, have won five games at home this term. No-one else boasts a better record than those two.
Udinese 0-1 Fiorentina
Juan Manuel Vargas is reportedly wanted by Real Madrid, and it's not hard to see why. His winner five minutes before full time was his 10th strike for the Viola since joining them from Catania last year. Fiorentina have also broken the mould, as they hadn't beaten the Bianconeri in 8 years at the Stadio Friuli. Udinese have not won in two games, it was their second loss at home this term.
Inter 1-1 Roma
Jose Mourinho's 150 unbeaten at home run is still intact after Samuel Eto'o cancelled out Mirko Vucinic's opener. It was the Montenegrin's 53rd Serie A goal and his second consecutive strike, after the one against Bologna last time out.
As for 'Mou', the Portuguese tactician is, well, special. He has not lost a league game at home since his Porto days when he was defeated by Beira Mar back in 2002.
The record includes league cup matches too and stretches across all the leagues he has coached in. Portugal, England and Italy.
It was Inter's second draw of the campaign, following the 1-1 with Bari. Eto'o scored his sixth goal for the champions, all of them coming at the San Siro. Inter have not beaten Roma here since 2005. The Beneamata have not lost at home in 29 games. The last lost was a 2-1 against Juventus in 2008.
