A win will see Inter through to the next round and could see Barca eliminated. Mourinho was seen spying in on the Blaugrana's training session on Monday night as he tried to gain insight into Pep Guardiola's tactics.
Bergomi, who spent his career as a player at the Italian club, has given his own advice to the 'Special One'.
"I really hope to see a great game, but Barcelona are not at their best right now," Bergomi told Itasportpress.
"They are missing important players and their quality compared to last season has reduced slightly.
"Inter can take full advantage and hit them on the counterattack."
