As Napoli continue to show signs of improvement since the arrival of coach Walter Mazzarri, the former Sampdoria tactician was remaining patient after having seen his side get held to their third consecutive draw.
“Maybe in the second half we were a little slow when we should have looked to close the game,” he declared to SkySport.
“The team is young and they need to learn not to get carried away at times. I can accept that in one moment you can drop two points, but we dominated the game until 15 minutes from the end.
“We mustn’t let our guard slip again like that, however I’m not keen to make any examples of anyone as I believe it is important to stay calm in such circumstances.
“Let’s remember that since my arrival we have gone seven games without defeat and the signs of growth give me promise to move forward.”
