Zlatan Ibrahimovic's move from Inter to Barcelona has left Maicon in sour mood.
The defender has said goodbye to the Sweden striker following his transfer to the Camp Nou, but it was not the sweetest salute.
"I don't care about who has gone away. Let's think about the players who are here," Maicon told Sky Sport Italia.
Maicon was in no mood to speak about his former team-mate, preferring to focus on the 2-0 friendly win against Milan. Diego Milito scored twice to down the Rossoneri.
"We played well, even though we are still in the early stages [of the season]. I have been training for a few days and I played more than I expected," added the stopper.
"We have to work hard and think about the players who are here with us. We will think about working hard to win."
