The 24-year-old impressed when called upon by boss Marco Giampaolo and hit five goals in 20 starting appearances for the Stadio Franchi outfit.
Roma are scouring the transfer market for a centre-forward, and with Julio Cruz reportedly on the verge of joining city rivals Lazio, the Giallorossi could turn their focus to Ghezzal.
“There are several teams after him and Roma are among these,” Siena director of sport Manuel Gerolin admitted to LaRoma.net.
“But the Giallorossi have yet to contact us…”
Siena only own a 50 per cent share in the striker, which they bought from Genoa last summer after the Ligurians had paid €3 million to sign Ghezzal from Crotone.
