Flores was confined to his home for the entire week and missed training with Los Colchoneros since Monday but returns in time to finalise preparations for his sides Primera Liga tie away to Deportivo La Coruna on Saturday evening, according to AS.
Atleti go to the Riazor in search of their first league win since Flores took over from Abel Resino last month and face a Depor side that sits in fifth place in the Primera Liga table just two points off the Champions League places after an impressive start to the season.
Flores has already been quoted this season as saying he wants to see his side in the top seven by Christmas and with just five games remaining, his side must start winning soon if they are to achieve this objective.
