Athletic Bilbao have suffered a blow with the news that star striker Fernando Llorente may not be fit enough to take to the pitch from the outset tonight.

Los Leones face Barcelona at San Mames at 22.00 CET this evening, but Marca report that Llorente's lack of fitness in today's light training session means that he will have to start on the bench.

Joaquin Caparros does not have too many decisions to make with regard to his side, as he has relatively few injury problems to deal with.

The primary area of concern will be in attack, if Llorente cannot prove his fitness. Should this be the case, Oscar De Marcos, Gaizka Toquero and Ion Velez will compete for the two starting spots.

Athletic Bilbao squad to face Barcelona: Iraizoz, Toquero, Koikili, Ustaritz, Amorebieta, Llorente, Yeste, Gabilondo, San Jose, Armando, Susaeta, Iraola, Orbaiz, Gurpegui, Ion Velez, Castillo, Javi Martinez, De Marcos.
