Austrian champions Red Bull Salzburg will possibly be without prolific hitman Marc Janko for Thursday's UEFA Europa
League Group G match against Levski Sofia, according to a report on uefa.com.
The highly-rated
Austria striker is still suffering from a muscular
problem in his right thigh, which prevented him from finishing
Saturday's 1-0 defeat by Austria Vienna.
Janko has already scored eight
times in 11 league matches this season, while he was top scorer in the Austrian Bundesliga last
season with 39 goals in 34 matches.
Furthermore, midfielder Nikola Pokrivac has a bout of flu and could miss the upcoming clash, too. The
good news for the hosts is that full-back Rabiu Afolabi has just
recovered from a similar illness and is available for selection.
