Duck Wants To Make A Splash
After a disappointing start to the season, AC Milan are now in pole position in their Champions League group and have risen to fourth place in the league. A buoyed Pato wants "to win the league and the Champions League, to always be doing well at Milan and to give my best."

Rangers Charged By UEFA
Rangers have been charged by UEFA with the improper conduct of their supporters after Wednesday night's Champions League showdown with Unirea Urziceni in Romania. Fans were seen on TV scuffling, destroying seats and clashing with stewards at the 1-1 draw in Bucharest.

Late Inter Go Top
Inter were expected to make light work of most of their group games after three matchdays, but only picked up their first win today with some late drama. Long-time rival Andrey Shevchenko scored first, but Diego Milito and Sneijder hit very late goals to put Inter top of Group F.

Li-Lo Levels Liverpool
Liverpool are walking a Champions League tightrope. After back-to-back losses, they now were held to a 1-1 draw after a very late goal by Lisandro Lopez. The French side are through, but Liverpool need a miracle to advance to the next stage against Fiorentina won over Debrecen.

Sevilla Advance
Sevilla ensured they will advance to the knock-out round with a 1-1 draw against Stuttgart. The Spanish side lost their perfect record after Kuzmanovic responded to a Jesus Navas finish. However, the Andalusians will certainly be celebrating their feat.

Arsenal In Charge
The Gunners let in a late goal against AZ at the Emirates Stadium, but cemented their position at the top Group H with a 4-1 win over the Dutch side. Fabregas struck twice, as well as Nasri and Diaby to put the Gunners in command and nearly onto the next stage.

Barca Held In Kazan
After pulling off one of the biggest upsets in Champions League history, Rubin Kazan were looking for a second scalp as they welcomed Barcelona to Russia. They didn't quite get the shock win they wanted but they held firm once again to force the reigning champions to a 0-0 draw.
