Italy's plans for the friendly match against Sweden on Wednesday night have been uncovered, and coach Marcello Lippi has made several changes.

The starting XI has been leaked, and, according to La Repubblica, Giampaolo Pazzini will start up front, with Livorno's Antonio Candreva getting another chance to impress after featuring from the outset against the Netherlands.

Federico Marchetti is set to start in goal. Marco Marchionni takes Mauro Camoranesi's place, while Udinese hitman Antonio Di Natale starts up front.

Around 1,000 fans turned up to see La Nazionale's final training session at the Stadio Manuzzi in Cesena.

Gianluigi Buffon, Fabio Cannavaro, Gianluca Zambrotta and Andrea Pirlo have all returned to their respective clubs. The Italian FA (FIGC) have confirmed Lippi allowed them permission to enjoy some extra rest before resuming Serie A action this weekend.

The latest from the ground suggests the following formation will take to the field in a 4-3-3 scheme:

Marchetti; Maggio, Legrottaglie, Chiellini, Criscito; Biondini, Montolivo, Candreva; Marchionni, Pazzini, Di Natale.

The game kicks off at 20:50 CET.
