The Entente Setif striker has been in great form both in the domestic league and in the CAF Confederations Cup. He is in the African leagues' Best XI, find out who joins him...

Abdulwahed Al-Sayed (Goalkeeper - Zamalek - Egypt)
Al-Sayed came to the rescue of the Cairo giants on many occasions in the second half against newly-promoted Military Production.
Al-Sayed, who regained his place between the sticks after Mohamed Abdul-Monsef gifted Gouna a goal in a recent 1-1 draw, produced a scintillating display to thwart countless efforts from Production.
Eric Agyemang (Defender - Bechem Chelsea - Ghana)
The adventurous right-back was the best player on the park in the first half versus Liberty Professionals due to his attacking forays down the flank. However, his club eventually lost this away tie by the odd goal.
Wael Gomaa (Defender - Al Ahly - Egypt)
The tough-tackling Egypt international is back at his best after a recent battle with injury. He helped the Red Devils to another clean sheet against ENPPI before the Egyptian championship went on recess to allow the national team to prepare for next month's win-or-bust World Cup qualifier against Algeria.
Simo Oulhaj (Defender - Raja Casablanca - Morocco)
The 21-year-old central defender had a positive outing in his team's 1-1 tie versus Moghreb de Tetouan, even though his team failed to win at home. His presence helped prevent Raja from losing and seeing their adversaries leapfrog them in the standings. If Oulhaj continues to impress, it wouldn't be surprising to one day see him anchoring the back line of the national team, like he now does for his club.
Njabulo Manqana (Midfielder - Golden Arrows - South Africa)
He won the Man of the Match award at this past weekend's MTN8 final against Ajax Cape Town. He attributed his side's 6-0 victory against Ajax at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday to "great teamwork", but it was his individual play on the pitch that allowed the side to win convincingly, despite Ajax being favourites ahead of the match. He crowned his superb evening with two great goals as Arrows won their first major cup final.
Mohamed Aboutrika (Midfielder - Ahly - Egypt)
The durable playmaker created a goal and scored one as Ahly won 2-0 against CAF Confederation Cup semi-finalists ENPPI. Ahly lead the Egyptian league standings with 20 points.
Rahim Ayew - (Midfielder - Zamalek - Egypt)
Scored his first goal since his transfer from Eleven Wise Men of Ghana, and it proved to be the match winner in a crucial 3-2 win over Military Production.
Hazem Emam - (Winger - Zamalek - Egypt)
Zamalek raced into a two-goal lead within the first 15 minutes of their match against Military Production, with lively winger Emam, who played in an advanced position in the team's new 4-4-2 formation, causing havoc down the right flank. Production 'keeper Mostafa Kamal misjudged an Emam free kick to allow central midfielder Hani Saied to head goalwards. Al-Muhammadi tried to clear the ball but could only hit it into his own net.
Ibrahim Kitawi (Striker - Gor Mahia - Kenya)
Gor Mahia were heading for a 1-1 draw against Agrochemicals on Saturday but, thanks to Kitawi's cool finish, K’Ogalo snatched the three points to climb to the fourth position in the Kenya Premier League. The loss also condemned Agrochemicals to the bottom spot, and they are now facing relegation unless they win the three remaining matches.
The goal again proved why national team coach Antoine Hey has called up Kitawi to the team preparing to battle Nigeria next month.
Abdelmalek Ziaya (Striker - ES Setif - Algeria)
After a poor start to their domestic campaign, ES Setif are finally looking to be back on track thanks in large part to the performance of star striker Abdelmalek Ziaya in his side's 2-0 win over NAHD last weekend. Ziaya assisted Nabil Hamani's opener and then added one of his own. The Black Eagles will be needing the Gulema native to keep his production up if they are to retain their crown.
Daine Klate (Winger - SuperSport United - South Africa)
SuperSport winger Daine Klate continues to make an effort to impress national selectors and, after his single-handed demolition job on Pirates, surely he can no longer be ignored for a call-up. Klate was initially hampered by an ankle injury but now the Port Elizabeth-born player has hit the kind of form that deserves recognition. His brace against Pirates at Loftus Stadium makes him one of the outstanding players in the South African PSL over the last week.
