Hoping For A Miracle
Rafael Benitez has urged his charges to muster up a classic Liverpool "miracle", after Wednesday night's 1-1 draw with Olympique Lyonnais left their Champions League hopes dangling by a threat. The result means the Reds have won just one of their last eight games in all competitions.

Li-Lo Levels Liverpool
Liverpool are walking a Champions League tightrope. After back-to-back losses, they now were held to a 1-1 draw after a very late goal by Lisandro Lopez. The French side are through, but Liverpool need a miracle to advance to the next stage against Fiorentina won over Debrecen.

Arsenal In Charge
The Gunners let in a late goal against AZ in Holland, but cemented their position at the top Group H with a 4-1 win over the Dutch side. Fabregas struck twice, as well as Nasri and Diaby to put the Gunners in command and nearly onto the next stage.

Hammers Nail Villa
A late strike by Zavon Hines earned West Ham a 2-1 win over Aston Villa to help ease the pressure on the Upton Park team. Mark Noble's penalty on the brink of half-time earlier gave the home team the lead, but Ashley Young and Hines turned things around.

Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has expressed his gratitude towards rival, Sir Alex Ferguson after the Manchester United gaffer stepped in and intervened by demanding that the Old Trafford crowd put a stop to the obscene chants directed at the Frenchman whenever the Gunners visit Old Trafford.
