Ronaldo and Cristiano Jr

VIDEO: Cristiano Ronaldo Jr scores incredible solo goal for Juventus

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr looks to be well on his way to following in his Dad’s footsteps on the pitch, after the Juventus forward posted an impressive video of his son in action on Sunday.

The iconic Portugal forward recently spoke of his desire to see his son become a professional footballer one day.

This is not the first time Ronaldo has posted clips of his son in action on social media, with the youngster clearly keen to try and emulate his father’s career.

The latest clip shows Cristiano Jr beating his opponent with a clever drag back before audaciously taking the ball past the keeper and slotting into the net.

Ronaldo’s eldest son was then captured closing in on the goalkeeper in a way typical of his Dad before guiding the ball into the bottom corner for another goal.

He could also be seen sporting a ‘Ronaldo 7’ Juventus jersey.

In August, Ronaldo spoke glowingly of his son’s potential to become a great footballer one day.

"He’s very competitive, like me when I was young, and he doesn't like to lose," Ronaldo said on his unveiling as DAZN's Global Ambassador.

"He will be like me I am sure, 100 per cent. I hope that with my experience with my motivation, my goals, I can teach him some stuff, but you know he is going to be whatever he wants.

"I’m always going to support him, but of course I want Cristiano to be a football player because I think he has that drive.

"He has a good body, he’s fast, he has skills, he can shoot, but as you know he’s going to make his decision and he’s so young, I’m not going to pressure him. But that is of course a dream, to see my boy a football player."

The former Real Madrid striker has found form for his new club in recent weeks, scoring five goals in his first eight appearances in Serie A.

Massimiliano Allegri’s side still have a 100 per cent record this season having won all their domestic and Champions League matches so far.

They are due to take on Ronaldo’s former side Manchester United in their next European fixture later in October.
