Lionel Messi would rather see Barcelona make a transfer push for Saul Niguez than Antoine Griezmann, according to Don Balon .

Griezmann has long been linked with a switch to Camp Nou and while Messi apparently appreciates why Barca would be interested in signing him, he'd rather they moved for one of his Atletico Madrid team-mates.

And that is midfielder Saul, with Messi reportedly believing that the Catalan club should invest €100 million in him, rather than spending it on Griezmann.
