The England international striker has made it clear that he wants to leave the Bees and was dropped from the matchday squad by Thomas Frank for the club's season opener against Crystal Palace.

The Bees are now considering parting ways with Toney as they are reportedly ready to accept an offer in the region of £45m (€53m/$58m).

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Brentford had earlier valued Toney at £70m, however, they have now reduced their demands after the player made it clear that he wants to exit the Gtech Community Stadium. Toney scored four goals in 17 Premier League appearances for the Bees last season.
