The World Cup winner severed ties with Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2024 when reaching the end of his contract. After several years of being linked with La Liga giants Real Madrid, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/kylian-mbappe-50-goals-first-real-madrid-season-emulate-cristiano-ronaldo/bltf9975cf0b7736cdc" target="_blank">Mbappe has become the latest ‘Galactico’ addition at Santiago Bernabeu</a>.

Former France international and 1998 World Cup winner, Christophe Dugarry, has told <a href="https://x.com/Rothensenflamme/status/1834273444797530390 " target="_blank">Rothen s’enflamme</a> of questionable behaviour from an apparent superstar: “Mbappe, he almost signed for Liverpool because he didn’t have the players he wanted. He was promised Lewandowski and Silva, but since that didn’t happen, he was ready to leave for Liverpool.“But what is that? But dude, are you a player, coach, sporting director, president? What are you? I’ve never seen that. I promise you, I’ve had the chance to play with great players, I’ve seen their behaviour, I’ve never seen guys do that.”
