White was spotted pinching Vicario's sleeve at a corner just before Arsenal took a 1-0 lead over Tottenham on Sunday in the Premier League. An own goal from Pierre-Emile Hojberg subsequently gave the Gunners an early lead before Bukayao Saka and Kai Havertz also scored to ensure the teams went in at half-time with Arsenal leading 3-0.

Arsenal fans were impressed with White's gamesmanship's and hailed the defender's contribution on social media.Supporter @rsnick33 wrote: "I f***ing love Ben White. White is not the first player to target Vicario this season. Arsenal have scored 16 goals from corners in the Premier League this season, the most by a team in a single campaign since West Bromwich Albion under Tony Pulis in 2016-17 (16).
