Football Manager 2018 comes out in under one month and fans will be getting increasingly excited by the prospect of playing the new game.
As the November 10 release date nears , gamers are sure to be thinking about what teams they'd like to manage, new features and, perhaps most importantly, which players they want to buy.
Unearthing the next big thing, particularly if it is done on the cheap, is one of the most satisfying achievements on Football Manager and, as in real life, some people are specialists at it.
The game has been lauded in the past for its foresight in predicting which players will go on to become stars and with the new edition coming to our screens very soon, Goal takes a look at some of Football Manager 2018's potential wonderkids.
MOISE KEAN

Moise Kean made his debut for Juventus at the age of 16 and is widely tipped to be a future star for both the Bianconeri and Italy.
The forward has moved on loan to Verona for the 2017-18 season, which will see him feature regularly in Serie A, something that will only aid his development.
JADON SANCHO
Borussia Dortmund forked out a reported £8 million to Manchester City in order secure the services of Jadon Sancho and the 17-year-old is sure to have a high potential rating.
Sancho's potential in the last game was four and a half stars, which could possibly improve following his star showing for England at the 2017 Under-17 European Championship.
He has been given the number 7 shirt - recently vacated by Ousmane Dembele - so the skilful forward certainly has a lot to live up to.
KASPER DOLBERG

Ajax starlet Kasper Dolberg had an impressive potential rating in Football Manager 2017 and is likely to retain that in the latest instalment.
The 19-year-old broke through the ranks at the Amsterdamn giants last season and scored 16 Eredivisie goals as well as bagging six to help his side into the Europa League final.
The only problem with Dolberg's continued improvement is that his notoriety has increased and his price will surely shoot up.
DAN-AXEL ZAGADOU

France youth international Dan-Axel Zagadou left Paris Saint-Germain for Borussia Dortmund during the summer and, despite only turning 18, he has slotted seamlessly into the team.
The defender has shown great maturity already in the Bundesliga, despite never featuring for PSG and his rating should improve in Football Manager 2018.
JANN-FIETE ARP

If you are looking for a striker to mould into the next Harry Kane or Miroslav Klose, look no further than Hamburg striker Jann-Fiete Arp.
The 17-year-old was one of the top scorers in the 2017 U-17 European Championship and, while he is well thought of in Germany, he remains relatively unknown.
His latest exploits may have helped to push his value up somewhat, but Arp, who has been linked with Chelsea, could still be available for a bargain price.
JOSE GOMES

Benfica forward Jose Gomes earned plenty of admirers back in 2016 when he starred for Portugal at the U-17 European Championship.
'Ze Golo', as he is known, finished that tournament as top scorer with seven strikes and was also named Golden Player as his country lifted the trophy. He went on to break into Benfica's first team squad, making an appearance in the Champions League against Napoli.
Now 18, Gomes had a five-star potential in Football Manager 2017 and is definitely one to watch in the new game.
VINICIUS JUNIOR

Brazil U-17 international Vinicius Junior has been snapped up by Real Madrid, but he won't play for the reigning Liga champions for a while, with the move only becoming official when he turns 18 next July. The striker will then remain at Flamengo on loan for a season after the move is complete.
Vinicius Junior is showing all the attributes required of a top striker and his goalscoring record for his country at U-17 level is seriously impressive, so he is bound to be a player to pay close attention to the game.
CHRISTIAN FRUCHTL

Germany and Bayern Munich have a history of producing talented goalkeepers so it will be no surprise to see Christian Fruchtl rated as one of the best young netminders in the game.
Fruchtl is learning from Manuel Neuer in Bavaria and he even played a number of pre-season friendlies for Carlo Ancelotti's side this summer. The 17-year-old is remarkably imposing despite his youth and has earned praise from the likes of Matthias Sammer, who described his ability as "incredible".
AMINE GOUIRI

France have really kicked up a gear in terms of producing talent recently and they look to have another coming through at Lyon in Amine Gouiri.
After finishing top of the scoring charts at the U-17 European Championship, Gouiri returned to Lyon where he joined the first team and featured in friendlies against Ajax and Inter.
The 17-year-old, who has been likened to Antoine Griezmann, should be available for a reasonable fee and is certainly a player to keep an eye on.
BILLY GILMOUR
Chelsea beat the likes of Manchester United, Barcelona and Arsenal in the race to sign Billy Gilmour from Rangers and it will be interesting to see how the Scotland youth international is rated.
Gilmour just turned 16 in June and was not in the last game, but he is likely to have a high potential rating, if the stature of the clubs chasing him are anything to go by.
As showcased in the Victory Shield for Scotland, the versatile midfielder's composure on the ball and passing range are among his strengths.
ABEL RUIZ
Barcelona starlet Abel Ruiz was one of the most impressive players in Spain's U-17 European Championship-winning side and is set for a bright future.
The 17-year-old striker, who joined Barca from Valencia, has been playing senior football for the Catalan outfit's reserve team and will hope to continue progressing after a successful summer.
His potential ability in Football Manager 2017 was just three and a half stars, but that may have improved in the new game after a solid year.
RYAN SESSEGNON

Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon is just 17, but he already has a full season under his belt in England's second tier and has amassed a coterie of admirers, including Liverpool and Tottenham.
The attacking full-back has consistently improved and it would not be a surprise to see his potential ability significantly marked up for the new instalment of Football Manager.
ALEXANDER ISAK
Borussia Dortmund forward Alexander Isak is likely to be among the best young talents in Football Manager 2018 and his rating may even receive a boost.
Isak excelled for AIK in Sweden as a 16-year-old and will be hoping to have a similar impact at Dortmund, where he joins a number of highly rated young players.
PHIL FODEN

Pep Guardiola included Phil Foden in his squad for the International Champions Cup ahead of the 2017-18 season and the midfielder clearly made an impression on the Catalan.
Still just 17, Foden has been named on City's bench for some of the opening Premier League games, which is a notable achievement given the wealth of riches at Guardiola's disposal.
Like his erstwhile team-mate Jadon Sancho, Foden was particularly impressive for England at the U-17 European Championship.
JUSTIN KLUIVERT

Son of legendary Dutch striker Patrick Kluivert, Justin Kluivert had a four-and-a-half star potential rating in the last game. Now 18, the tricky forward has a handful of first-team appearances under his belt at Ajax and should build on that in 2017-18.
He is not quite the same style of attacker as his father, but Kluivert boasts plenty of skill and has a keen nose for goal. If you're on the hunt for a versatile attacker to build your team around in years to come, he is certainly worth a look.
LEANDRINHO

Brazil youth international Leandrinho has yet to make a breakthrough at Napoli since officially signing from Ponte Preta at the beginning of 2017 , but the winger is highly rated nonetheless.
The 18-year-old was prolific for his country at Under-17 level and boasted a high potential rating in the last game, something that should be retained in the 2018 edition.
BEN WOODBURN

Liverpool starlet Ben Woodburn was one of the best young talents in FM 17 and gamers should expect the forward to be up there again in FM 18.
Now 17, Woodburn has already made his debut for the senior Wales team - against Austria - and marked the occasion with a spectacular winning goal from distance, which exactly the kind of thing that will serve to reaffirm his potential ability.
GIANLUIGI DONNARUMMA

Given that Gianluigi Donnarumma is in his third season as AC Milan number one, it is easy to forget how young he is, but the Italy international is still only 18 and, as such, is sure to be one of the leading wonderkids in FM 18.
Donnarumma had one of the highest potential ability ratings in the last game and it remains to be seen if he will retain such a bright projected ability, but there is little to suggest that he is set to be downgraded.
NICOLAS SCHIAPPACASSE

Atletico Madrid starlet Nicolas Schiappacasse is widely considered to be one of the brightest prospects to emerge from South America in recent years.
The 18-year-old has not yet managed to break into Diego Simeone's plans at Atletico since signing from River Plate , but he has continued to demonstrate his talent at international level, shining for Ururguay Under-20s as they finished fourth at the U-20 World Cup this summer.
Schiappacasse had a potential ability rating of -8 in FM 17, but that may be improved in the new game.
ANGEL GOMES

Last season Angel Gomes followed in the footsteps of Ryan Giggs and Marcus Rashford when he was named Manchester United's Young Player of the Year award after starring for the club's Under-18 team. His impressive form for the club's Under-18 team saw him elevated to the first team for the final game of the season and he made his debut as a replacement for Wayne Rooney.
Gomes has been allowed to continue his development with his peers and has scored twice in as many games for the Red Devils in this season's UEFA Youth League. While his potential ability was reasonably high in the last game, it is sure to have increased in FM 18.
