WHAT JESSE LINGARD SAID

<p>The former England international <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/barbecue-ribs-playing-smile-ex-man-utd-star-jesse-lingard-boy-happy-message-south-korea/blt77308693baddb3bc" target="_blank">opted to move to Asia</a> this February after staying six months without a club. His move to South Korea, however, has not gone as per plan as he struggled with more injuries just a month after making the switch. <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/ex-man-utd-star-jesse-lingard-shares-injury-update-remarkable-recovery-knee-surgery/bltec18ff6b826e05bb" target="_blank">He underwent knee surgery</a> in March and remained sidelined until last month.</p>
