"When I need to get into Gio, I tell him to f*ck off. And he'll do the same to me," he said.The midfielder then went on to make a huge claim about his ability in comparison to other players across world football. He added: "When I'm healthy and playing consistently. I'm one of the best midfielders at what I do in the world. I'm not a politician, I don't need to persuade anyone."

WHAT ADAMS SAID

The USMNT are preparing to kickstart their Copa America tournament on Sunday with a tough clash against Bolivia pencilled in as their first game. They will then face Panama and Uruguay in the remaining fixtures of Group C.
