The 29-year-old striker is chasing a special goalscoring record that even the likes of Harry Kane and Thierry Henry have failed to achieve. If Mullin manages to get on the scoresheet in Wrexham's last game of the season against Stockport County, he will <a href="https://twitter.com/craigyjones17/status/1781767365471911963" target="_blank">become the first player to score 25 or more league goals in four consecutive seasons</a> of the top six tiers of English football.

WHAT HAPPENED?

In the pandemic-affected 2020/21 season, Mullin scored 32 goals in the league for Cambridge United before joining Wrexham in the summer of 2021 on a free transfer. In his first season with the Red Dragons, he scored 28 goals in the National League, followed by a tally of 38 during Wrexham's record-breaking title win.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
