After an inconsistent first season at Leeds during the 2022-23 Premier League season, it seemed certain that the attacking midfielder would leave the club. Yet, after a loan spell at Union Berlin in the 2023-24 campaign, Aaronson has seemingly played his way into the team this season. Aaronson has never really managed to settle at Leeds after being signed in 2022. The USMNT regular was sent out on loan to Union Berlin after The Whites were relegated in 2023. In an interview with <a href="https://x.com/SkyFootball/status/1834900893428297741" target="_blank">Sky Sports</a>, Aaronson pledged to continue his strong form: "I knew I needed to come in and show my worth and show how good I can be. And that's what I had to do. I had to be confident."

Aaronson and Leeds' next fixture is an EFL Championship clash with Cardiff next Saturday. After that, he will face off against fellow U.S. national Haji Wright as his side host Coventry.
