Arsenal player ratings vs Brentford: Kai Havertz has finally arrived! Gunners go top of the Premier League after supersub's last-gasp winner

Kai Havertz scored a dramatic last-minute winner to send Arsenal to the top of the Premier League as they beat Brentford 1-0 on Saturday. The German, much maligned since his £65 million move from Chelsea in the summer, headed home at the back post from Bukayo Saka’s excellent cross to earn Mikel Arteta’s side all three points in west London.

It was a huge moment for the Gunners and one that saw them move ahead of both Manchester City and Liverpool in the table, after the two title rivals played out a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium earlier in the day.
