The German enjoyed great success at Anfield but managed only one Premier League title, missing out by a single point to Manchester City in 2019 and again in 2022. WHAT HAPPENED?

Manchester City's <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/premier-league-agree-trial-date-over-manchester-city-115-ffp-breaches/blt3a8b8cec780c2710#cs756ccad0c4c9d4a8" target="_blank">hearing is due to start in autumn 2024</a> which has led to speculation about potential punishments if the club are found guilty. There have been claims Pep Guardiola's side could be hit with a big fine, points deductions or <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/man-city-premier-league-relegation-prediction-115-ffp-charges-proven/blt6a5fae2e8c751d98" target="_blank">even be relegated from the Premier League</a>. There has been speculation that City could even potentially be <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/doomsday-premier-league-expulsion-30-point-deduction-threats-man-city-title-winners-115-ffp-charges/blt69cd0dd3870c94ec" target="_blank">stripped of their titles</a>, a question that was put to Klopp at a “Danke Jurgen” tribute night at the M&amp;S Bank Arena which was attended by over 11,000 fans.

A Q&amp;A with Klopp saw comedian John Bishop ask: “You leave this club having won the Premier League once. There could be a court decision that means you’ve won the Premier League three times…”However, he was then interrupted by the former Liverpool boss who joked: "If you organise a bus parade, I’m in! How long it takes I don’t care.”

Manchester City are the first team in English top-flight history to win the title in four consecutive seasons, after finishing two points clear of Arsenal at the summit in 2023-24.
