Per the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-13644349/Man-United-REJECT-bid-Scott-McTominay-Fulham.html" target="_blank">Daily Mail</a>, United have rejected a bid for McTominay from Fulham, while West Ham are weighing up a move to sign Wan-Bissaka. <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/man-utd-scott-mctominay-west-ham-talks-transfer/blt7100468c1eb2e147" target="_blank">United turned down a £30m ($39m) bid for McTominay from the Hammers last summer</a> and Fulham's offer was worth less than that offer.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Despite United rejecting the initial offer, they are o<a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/man-utd-set-open-to-offers-most-squad-including-marcus-rashford/blted580ed2a1317bc8" target="_blank">pen to bids for the majority of their first-team squad</a>. McTominay also has interest from Galatasaray, while United hold an option to extend the Scotland international's deal by a further year. <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/man-utd-advanced-talks-sell-aaron-wan-bissaka-west-ham-transfer/blt2d28f814916f5eb5" target="_blank">West Ham, meanwhile, could pay as little as £15m ($19.5m) to sign Wan-Bissaka</a>.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

McTominay enjoyed a productive season last term, scoring 10 goals in 43 games in all competitions from midfield. Wan-Bissaka, by comparison, made 30 appearances in total, although he was limited to just 20 Premier League starts.
