Spurs have announced that Kane and Dier will be honoured before this weekend's pre-season friendly between the two clubs. They have played each other once in pre-season already, with Bayern winning 2-1 in South Korea. Kane was absent from that game but will be given a gift by the club this weekend, leading to an outcry from supporters who are still waiting to see if Spurs manage to sign a new striker this summer, amid links with Dominic Solanke.

WHAT THE FANS ARE SAYING

Spurs have only made one permanent addition to the squad this summer, with the signing of Archie Gray. They have also brought in Lucas Bergvall and Timo Werner, but have yet to bring in a new striker. Richarlison was ostensibly signed to replace Kane but could move to Saudi Arabia this summer.
