Chelsea took Christian Pulisic to the United States for a pre-season tour which saw them visit four states.
Beginning with a training camp in Los Angeles, California, they played a series of high profile fixtures in some of the biggest stadiums in the country.

Thomas Tuchel asked his players to return for pre-season on 2 July with his international players coming back a week later on 9 July.
They underwent a week-long pre-season training camp at UCLA's world-class sporting facilities, where the Blues have trained in years gone by and which were a personal favourite of former coach Jose Mourinho.
Chelsea first travelled to Las Vegas Raiders' Allegiant Stadium to open their pre-season with a match against Mexican giants Club America, which they won 2-1. That was followed by a penalty defeat to Charlotte in North Carolina, with a heavy 4-0 loss to Arsenal in Orlando after that.
When returning to Europe, the Blues defeated Serie A outfit Udinese on Italian soil by a 3-1 scoreline. They played a second friendly the day after, against another Udinese XI, this time winning 2-0 courtesy of goals from Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Hakim Ziyech.

How do I get tickets for Chelsea's pre-season matches?
Chelsea's match against Arsenal could be bought through the FC Series website. The tickets for all three Chelsea matches could also be bought on Ticketmaster. The prices ranged from $45 to $195 depending on the type of ticket purchased.
When does Chelsea's 2022-23 season start?
Chelsea are due to raise the curtain on their competitive season on August 6, 2022, when they take on Everton in their opening Premier League game of the campaign. They should be well rested from their tour exploits, which are set to conclude on July 23.
A week later, they will contest a London derby against Tottenham, with a crunch showdown against rivals Leeds to follow seven days after.

N'Golo Kante and Ruben Loftus-Cheek did not travel to the U.S. due to their vaccination status, while new signings Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly linked up after completing their transfers.
