<p>Carragher assembled his 2024 Team of the Season for CBS Sports in a segment aired on Monday afternoon. Bellingham made an appearance on the panel to judge his side. And after Carragher assembled a Mbappe-Kane-Messi front three, the England international took a subtle jab.</p>

<p>Bellingham's jibe could apply to a future teammate of his. Mbappe is reportedly considering a move to Madrid when his contract expires this summer. Messi, meanwhile, has been criticised in the past for his lack of running - although he has claimed <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-us/news/why-lionel-messi-walk-soccer-games/bltd67745bf55dfc34b" target="_blank">that it's a way to conserve energy</a>.</p>

<p>The Madrid star will feature for Los Blancos on Wednesday as they take on Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup semi-final. Carlo Ancelotti's side lost to Barcelona in the competition last year.</p>
