Figuring out how best to use the budget can be a painstaking process as players attempt to spread quality across their teams, but it's usually a good idea to invest in strong forwards.

Best fantasy football forwards
The best fantasy football forwards are, naturally, those who score goals in abundance, but also those who regularly chip in with assists.
Bonus points are also given to the players who have the most positive influence on a match, so a striker who is key to how his team attack is likely to score well.
Jamie Vardy | Leicester City | £9.8m
Leicester City talisman Jamie Vardy scored higher than Harry Kane, Alexandre Lacazette and Roberto Firmino in 2018-19 and is a consistent force in fantasy football, yet he was valued lower than all three at the beginning.
Under Brendan Rodgers, Vardy has rediscovered the goalscoring form that was evident during the Foxes' Premier League title-winning campaign in 2015-16.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang | Arsenal | £11m
Arsenal endured a difficult season in 2018-19, but their attacking play was one of their saving graces, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang topping the league's scoring charts.
The Gabon international bagged 22 strikes last term, but he also provided his fair share of assists, laying on his team-mates on seven occasions. 'Auba' has been the go-to man for the Gunners once again.
Getty ImagesRaul Jimenez | Wolves | £8.3m
Wolves striker Raul Jimenez finished the 2018-19 season as one of the top three strikers in fantasy football and it is looking like he will be up there again in 2019-20.
The Mexico international is the focal point of the Wolves front line and his dynamism means that he brings others into play as much as he scores himself.
Marcus Rashford | Man Utd | £9.1m
Marcus Rashford has been forced to shoulder a lot of the burden in attack for Manchester United this season following the departures of Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez.
The England international has risen to the occasion though and is enjoying his best ever personal season. Indeed, he has been directly involved in over 20 goals this term.
Harry Kane | Tottenham | £10.9m
The 2018-19 Premier League season was an uninspiring one from Harry Kane's perspective as he failed to surpass the 20-goal mark having done so in the previous four campaigns.
However, his clear ability in front of goal means that he remains highly valued in fantasy football. He will be hoping for a strong finish to the campaign post-lockdown.
Getty ImagesRoberto Firmino | Liverpool | £9.5m
Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane may get all the headlines, but Roberto Firmino is worth as much consideration as an option in fantasy football.
Priced under £10 million, the Brazil international represents great value for money, particularly given his history - he's scored over 150 points in each of the last four seasons and is nearly there again.
Gabriel Jesus | Man City | £9.6m
Gabriel Jesus is still very much second fiddle to Sergio Aguero at Man City, but the Brazil international should get a chance to shine following the Argentine's season-ending knee injury in June.
Despite being limited mainly to intermittent and substitute appearances, Jesus is into double figures in the goal charts. He is also closing in on double figures in the assist charts.
Adding Jesus to your team now (perhaps instead of Aguero) may prove to be a clever move as he is slightly cheaper and it will allow you to spread your budget further.
Tammy Abraham | Chelsea | £7.5m
At the beginning of the season it was unclear which player would end up leading the Chelsea attack, but Tammy Abraham stepped up to the plate.
The England international is into double figures for the season, though his starting berth is under threat from a resurgent Olivier Giroud, not to mention the incoming Timo Werner - so proceed with caution.

While we'd recommend not scrimping in the forward department, there are a few bargains worth considering in this season's fantasy football game.
We've got some cheaper options to mull over as you pick your team.
Danny Ings | Southampton | £7.2m
Danny Ings' value has increased significantly due to his impressive form in front of goal this season, but he remains considerably cheaper than other strikers who have a similar points tally.
On his return to action post-lockdown, the former Liverpool striker appears to have lost little of the spark that propelled him into double figures and he will be aiming for 20 goals by season's end.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin | Everton | £6.5m
Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin is not known as a goalscoring striker, but he has beached double figures for the first time in his professional career and will be eager to make it a habit.
The England international is a firm favourite of Carlo Ancelotti and leads the Toffees line well, causing problems for defenders.
Calvert-Lewin's greater precision in front of goal this season has coincided with a downturn in assists, but he is the type of striker who is capable of teeing up his team-mates too.
Teemu Pukki | Norwich City | £6.5m
Norwich City were in the grips of the 'Pukki Party' at the beginning of the season as Finnish striker Teemu Pukki hit the ground running in his first Premier League campaign.
The former Schalke and Celtic attacker hit a difficult patch after his early-season heroics, but remains a solid bargain signing.
Neal Maupay | Brighton | £5.7m
Former Brentford striker Neal Maupay is still getting to grips with Premier League football, but he has shown plenty of flashes of potential in his first campaign with Brighton.
Maupay may not hit the 25-goal mark that he did in the Championship last season, but he looks likely to get into double figures and is a favoured player of Graham Potter, so should start most games.
Jordan Ayew | Crystal Palace | £5.2m
While he may not be someone who is going to score bags of goals, Jordan Ayew is a key player for Crystal Palace and is worthy of consideration as a final - cheap - striker.
The Ghana international is sure to play most games and chips in with goals and assists.
