<p>Switzerland shocked the footballing world as they beat World Cup semi-finalists Sweden 1-0 in snowy conditions. It was the first points Switzerland have managed to pick up in their Nations League campaign after 5 games in what is their first victory since defeating the <span>Philippines </span>in the World Cup. The result also has dire consequences for Sweden, who will now not be competing at next year's Olympic Games.</p>
