WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Mount's exclusion from the England set-up has coincided with his <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/news/mason-mount-slammed-man-utd-england-international-timing-off/blt3e590a66556ac67c" target="_blank">tricky start to life at Manchester United</a>. Erik ten Hag's side paid £55 million ($68m) to sign the midfielder from Chelsea over the summer, but in recent weeks he has increasingly found himself on the bench. An early season injury certainly didn't help the 24 year old settle into his new surroundings.</p><p></p>
