<p>It's been an eventful year for Fernandez. In October, the former Benfica man is thought to have separated from childhood sweetheart, Valentina Cervantes, with whom he has two children. He was also at the centre of a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/enzo-fernandez-slammed-cursing-chelsea-season-copa-america-racism-controversy-ex-blues-star-warns-team-mates-argentine-midfielder/blt9ff0eb1f9f30ce78" target="_blank">racism storm</a> following Argentina's Copa America triumph in the summer. After a tough start to the season, the midfielder is coming good for Enzo Maresca's side. </p>
