WHAT HAPPENED?

<p><a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/harry-kane-eric-dier-bayern-munich-confirm-loan-signing-tottenham-england/blta5d6dccad1287b97" target="_blank">Dier completed his transfer to Bayern on Thursday</a>, signing a deal that runs until the end of the season, though the German giants have the option to extend his stay until the end of the 2024-25 campaign. He opted to leave Spurs as he had played only three games this season under new coach Ange Postecoglou.</p>

<p>Dier watched on as the Bavarian side picked up an important three points on home soil - their third straight victory in the league. The win leaves them in second place and a point behind league leaders Bayer Leverkusen.</p>
