Alli reveals the best FIFA 17 player at Spurs

Vincent Janssen may have strugged since joining Tottenham Hotspur but the Dutch striker is the best player at the club when it comes to FIFA 17,  according to Dele Alli.

The Netherlands international arrived at Spurs from AZ Alkmaar ahead of the 2016-17 season boasting a reputation as a prolific goalscorer, but he has failed to replicate the form that saw him score 27 goals in 34 Eredivisie appearances last term.

However, the 22-year-old has managed to stay sharp in front of the television screen, schooling his new team-mates on the popular video game.

"Vincent Janssen surprised everyone," Alli told EASports.com after being named Player of the Month for January

"We were all playing and he asked for a go and then he just starting beating everyone 3-0!"

The England international explained that the Tottenham players play FIFA "all the time" and his compatriot Eric Dier is also an aficionado.

However, the former Sporting Lisbon defender is not match for Alli.

"Yeah, it's very close match-up to be fair," admitted the 20-year-old when asked if he played against his international team-mate. 

"He is surprisingly good at the game, but I still beat him most of the time."
