The tame performance against Lazio comes days after <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-qa/lists/nightmare-harry-kane-bayern-munich-humbled-title-showdown-xabi-alonso-s-bayern-leverkusen-five-points-clear/blt47e18a906790131f" target="_blank">Bayern were beaten 3-0 by Bayer Leverkusen</a> in the Bundesliga. They managed just one effort on target in that game as they fell five points behind Xabi Alonso's shock league leaders.

According to Opta, Thomas Tuchel has now lost 10 of his 43 competitive matches since taking over as Bayern coach. That is as many defeats as his predecessor Julian Nagelsmann suffered in 84 games in charge before he was sacked last season.
