What caught the attention of fans was Ronaldo's new celebration. Instead of his iconic "SIUUU" move, he opted for a different gesture, crossing his hands over his chest and closing his eyes after his usual jump in jubilation. It was fairly similar to <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/explained-ronaldo-new-goal-celebration-everton-man-utd-siuuu/blt3c2e31f1e6d6524b" target="_blank">the 'nap' celebration that he introduced during his second spell at Manchester United</a>.

Ronaldo made headlines for his reaction to Al-Nassr's defeat in the Riyadh Seasons Cup final, where he expressed frustration by launching his runners-up medal into the stands. However, after today's victory, Ronaldo was spotted in a jovial mood participating in the Viking clap celebration with the fans. He will next be in action against Al-Fateh in the Saudi Pro League on February 17 before facing Al-Fayha again in the second leg at home on February 21.
