Now according to the <a href="https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/liverpool-city-jamal-musiala-bayern-32256242" target="_blank">Daily Star</a>, the Bundesliga outfit offered Musiala a new deal that would have seen him earning £150,000-a-week from the next season but the player has reportedly refused to sign a new contract.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The reigning European and English champions are determined to seal a move for the attacking midfielder but they are set to face fierce competition from the Merseyside. Another Premier League giant Chelsea are also keen on signing the 21-year-old.

The former Chelsea youth product has performed consistently for the Bavarian club this season having scored nine goals in 28 matches across all competitions and has provided four assists.
