WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The win means that Eidevall's side sit level on points with league leaders Chelsea, though they still occupy the second position due to Emma Hayes' side's superior goal difference. The Blues still have a game in hand over the Gunners and face Manchester United in a crunch clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Speaking after the game, Eidevall praised his side's display: "I'm really happy with the first 70 minutes of the game. I think we moved the ball very well. I think we played past their pressure in a really good way a couple of times. We pressed good, we pressed in a collective way."</p><p>"I think the only thing that I'm not happy with in the first 70 minutes is that we only scored two goals and that we managed to concede a goal on basically only one chance that they had in the game. So we should have a bigger margin going into there. Then I think if we had conceded a goal in the end, I think we would have been really disappointed with the way that we played the last 15 minutes. And I know it was disrupted a little bit with players being out having treatment and so on."</p>

WHAT EIDEVALL SAID

<p>Wubben-Moy may be rested when Eidevall's side take on Reading in the Conti Cup on Wednesday, January 24. The Gunners are the holders of the competition, having beaten Chelsea in the final last season at Selhurst Park. </p>
