THE EXPLANATION

The renovation of Etihad's north stand is already underway and will feature a new upper tier, a sky bar with panoramic views of the pitch, a stadium roof walk, and a fan zone capable of hosting 3,000 fans. The north stand is expected to be completed by the start of next season, while the hotel and other facilities are scheduled for completion by 2026.
