Eriksen discussed with <a href="https://www.tipsbladet.dk/nyhed/premier-league/eriksen-grinte-af-klopps-raserianfald-mod-dansker" target="_blank">Tipsbladet</a> the moment Klopp blew up at Danish reporter Niels Christian Frederiksen over questions relating to Liverpool's <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/jurgen-klopp-tantrum-dumb-decision-liverpool-manager-rested-key-men-manchester-united/blt9666dba7d10ffe73" target="_blank">perceived intensity during their 4-3 extra-time defeat at Old Trafford</a>. He spoke about it with another journalist on the flight back to Denmark for international duty, while <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/team/manchester-united/6eqit8ye8aomdsrrq0hk3v7gh" target="_self">United</a> colleague Rasmus Hojlund sat with Frederiksen himself.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Eriksen said: "I laughed a little at that. I happened to meet Per Frimann, who is [Frederiksen's] colleague, on the plane on the way home. I know that Rasmus sat the whole flight home with Niels Christian, so I think they had some good conversations. It's journalism, and what they ask about, it's nothing you have to do with yourself, but Klopp was of course tired and irritated after they lost."

WHAT ERIKSEN SAID
