The shortlist for The Best Men's Coach includes Manchester City's Guardiola, Real Madrid's Ancelotti, Bayer Leverkusen boss Alonso, Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni and Spain boss Luis de La Fuente. <p>FIFA also announced eight nominees for The Best Women's Coach award with USWNT and former Chelsea coach Hayes headlining the list. THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>This is the first time since 2016 that England boss Sarina Wiegman has not been nominated for The Best FIFA Women's Coach award. The Dutch coach has made it to the top three of the award seven times in a row and has won the award record four times.</p>

<p>Voting is now open on FIFA's website for the Men's Coach and Women's Coach award, along with <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/vinicius-revenge-lionel-messi-jude-bellingham-rodri-shortlist-11-players-the-best-fifa-mens/blt8aa18eeed3249556" target="_blank">several other awards</a>. The ceremony is set to take place in January, but an exact date is yet to be confirmed.</p>
