<p>The Bayern Munich and England striker <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/harry-kane-ac-milan-legend-andriy-shevchenko-ryder-cup-justin-rose-tottenham-james-maddison-golf/bltb751afed6339863a" target="_blank">loves nothing more than hitting the fairways</a> during breaks in his football schedule. He is now <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/forget-nfl-england-star-harry-kane-pro-golfer-bayern-munich-striker-reveals-handicap-future-plans/bltc8f752be5ef52893" target="_blank">playing off a 3.7 handicap</a>, with many hours spent fine tuning his game off the tee and around the greens.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The Bayern star got the opportunity to learn from one of the very best to ever pick up a golf club during a trip to the Caribbean.<strong> </strong>Kane, who is an investor in and brand ambassador for sustainable sportswear brand <a href="https://reflo.com/?srsltid=AfmBOori9-g-EFAEUn7R_KGzDlsh_PwpTBYsyp7Ajac_9vrqKvBJI6CD" target="_blank">Reflo</a>, told <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBooeWPFKk8" target="_blank">The Rick Shiels Golf Show</a>: “I was out in the Bahamas, and a golf pro I knew casually said, 'Oh, by the way, I’m playing with Tiger this afternoon. Want to join?' It was one of those moments where I just thought, ‘Yeah, of course!’ It’s surreal.”</p>

WHAT KANE SAID

<p>Kane added on trying to compete with a man that has five green jackets from triumphs at The Masters to his name: “We teed it up, and I hit a decent drive into the fairway. Tiger was walking, coming back from his injury, and I was in a buggy. We didn’t speak much on the course at first, but later we got chatting about family and life. He asked me to play 18 holes with him the next day, and it was incredible. I didn’t play great, but Tiger shot six-under. I kind of knew before anyone else did that he was back to playing really well!”</p>

YouTube Golf has exploded over the last few years, and I think it’s inspired a lot of players to take up the game.
