Alexander-Arnold's driven cross was turned in by Mane to give the Reds the lead, with the goal given after a VAR check for offside.
Somehow, the goal was the only one of a frenetic and chance-filled game as Liverpool won 1-0 to move back to three points off leaders Manchester City.
