<p>Per a report from <em>Sky Sport </em>in Germany, the three English sides are all interested in signing the midfielder. The PSV star is a hugely versatile presence who can play in defensive midfield, attacking midfield and on the left wing.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>This season, Tillman has scored eight goals and registered four assists in 19 games, including a brace as his side fought back from two goals down to win 3-2 against Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League this week. Tillman is valued at up to €40 million (£33m/$42m), the report adds, and has a release clause to a similar value that will be activated this summer.</p>

<p>The 22-year-old was born in Germany but is a USMNT international with 17 caps. He has previously played for the likes of Rangers and Bayern Munich, but has now found his niche in Netherlands.</p>
