It was seventh heaven for Liverpool as they boosted their hopes of Champions League qualification with a 3-0 win over Leicester on Monday night.
Two goals from Curtis Jones and a trademark Trent Alexander-Arnold free-kick secured the Reds their seventh straight Premier League win, edging the Foxes ever closer to relegation in the process.
Liverpool are now within a point of Manchester United and Newcastle in fourth and third respectively, although both have a game in hand. Leicester remain 19th, two points from safety with only two matches left to play.
Dean Smith's side were booed off by their own fans at full-time, while for Liverpool the celebrations continued long after the final whistle. After a season of struggle, the Reds have finally found form. Whether it will be enough to sneak them into the top four come the end of the season remains to be seen, but they certainly enjoyed themselves here.
