USL Super League: Fort Lauderdale United FC's home opener postponed

WHAT HAPPENED?

Fort Lauderdale United FC's home opener has been postponed, the USL Super League announced.

According to the league, FTL United Stadium at Nova Southeastern University is experiencing "construction delays."

FTL United was slated to play Dallas Trinity on Sunday, however the match has been rescheduled for Dec. 1.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

FTL United are now the second club in the USL Super League's inaugural season to have their home game postponed. Earlier this month, Brooklyn FC had to postpone their home opener due to the field being unfit to play. They have recently found a new stadium to play their home games.

FTL United sits in second place overall in the league standings, fresh off a two-game win streak.
